About
Spruce Cliff Downs is a Calgary Heritage Housing seniors property located at 3400 Spruce Drive, S.W., Calgary, AB. Redevelopment of the site will introduce much needed housing options to seniors in the community, providing a diverse mix of units, both standard and accessible, that are of good quality, comfortable, secure, and connected to the broader community.
The project is seeking a Land Use Redesignation from a Multi-Residential (M-C1) district to that of a Mixed Use (MU-1) district with a height of 31m and FAR of 3.0.

Maximize green space on site and encourage connection with adjacent Cedar Crescent Park.

Variety of interior and exterior amenity spaces, including walkways, solarium, barbecue, activity room, flex spaces, etc.
